Electrolysis is a hair removal method that has been around for centuries to remove unwanted hair permanently from the face and body. A very fine sterile probe is inserted into each individual hair follicle followed by a current to destroy the stem cells and blood supply that allows the hair to grow. You may experience a heat sensation from the current which allows the hair to detach from the follicle and slide out with the aid of tweezers.
